Any orders over $80 are delivered free of charge within New Zealand! If you spend less than $80, there will be a $7.50 delivery charge nationwide. We use NZ Parcel Post for our nationwide deliveries which means we can either send to a physical address or PO box. However, signature required orders can only be sent to a physical address.
Any Australian orders over $120 are delivered free of charge! If you spend less than $120, there will be a $15 delivery charge Australian wide.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them.
Purchases made after hours, over the weekend or on New Zealand public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Please allow 2 – 3 business days for product delivery. Rural delivery addresses can take up to 5 business days. Solimara shall not be responsible for delivery delays due to causes beyond our control.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place an order. Customer will bear all costs due to incorrect addresses.
At this stage we only accept overseas orders from Australia. Please contact us by email mail@solimra.com if you’d like to order from another country.
1. Cancellation
Please inform us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.
If the order is already shipped, please sign for the parcel and refer to our return policy. We will not accept any responsibility if customers refuse to sign for their parcel.
2. Unsuccessful delivery
In some cases delivery may not be successful. For example:
• Incorrect address
• Shipping company couldn’t get in touch with the recipient, or the recipient was not at the delivery address
• Awaiting collection as requested by the recipient, but recipient didn’t show up
• Shipping company (or we) contacted the recipient, the recipient refused to sign for their parcel directly without contacting us first.
We are not responsible for these conditions and while we can assist you with tracking information, you will be required to organise your own redelivery.

Order cancellation
All New Zealand orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Any orders from overseas can not be cancelled once payment has been made. To contact us email:mail@solimara.com
Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. You can apply for a refund if:
• you receive the wrong item
• there is a fault with the item. Please note: you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused. Email us for a delivery address:mail@solimara.com
We do not issue refunds if:
• your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing the wrong shipping address
• your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of our company
• your order arrives late due to circumstances outside of our company’s control
• you simply do not like the product
You will be required to submit details of your return request and images of the items received for consideration for a refund.
Returns
1. Please do not return your item directly to the address on the received package
2. Please contact us via email for return details. We suggest all returns be sent via traceable carrier.
3. You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
Please note:
• Allow 2-4 business days for the processing of the returns/exchanges
• Refunds will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you made payment with or via bank transfer
• Please allow up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Bank transfers are usually delivered within 1-2 working days
